WE ACCEPT EXCELLENT QUALITY CHILDREN'S ITEMS. ANY ITEM THAT DOES NOT MEET OUR STANDARDS BY QUALITY OR SEASON WILL BE GIVEN
BACK TO YOU AT DROP-OFF

** All clothing items must be washed, ironed and hung to sale and bought within the last 1-2 years. They must not have any tears, stains, missing buttons, pet or smoke smells.

** High quality toys are accepted (if battery operated - must have batteries)

** Shoes must be in excellent condition placed in a 1 gallon ziploc bag with tag inside.

** Baby furniture and equipment (cleaned and not recalled)

** Strollers and car seats ONLY if they have not been in a wreck and are not you can check the date of the car seat on the bottom of the seat.)

** Children or nursery decor in excellent condition

** Nursing supplies

** Maternity Clothing

** Sports Equipment

*Living room, dining room, bedroom furniture accepted.

*Items not accepted: lamps, accessories, collectibles, 'knick-knacks'

*You are required to drop it off at the sale and assemble with instructions attached.

Pricing:
A general guideline is to price items 1/3 to 1/4 of the original retail price. Items should be priced in .50 cent increments and must be at least $3.00. You may combine items to meet this requirement. Tag items that can not have a safety pin need to be tagged with packing tape and be sure it will stay. Items that loose their tags during the sale will be placed in lost and found to be recovered on Saturday or donated.

Tagging:
We have changed from the 3x5 index cards to using tie tags. These can be found at Wal-Mart. They come in packs of 100 for around $2. On one side of the tag please put id # _____ The seller id is obtained by registering online first. On the opposing side of the tag you will place the price, dot (if needed) and one-two word description of item. Please affix the tie tag with a safety pin. If you do NOT want the item to go 1/2 price on Friday, place a red dot above the selling price. All items that do not have a red dot above the price will be sold at 1/2 price on Friday.

Hanging:
When hanging clothing items on a hanger, the hanger should look like a question mark when you are looking at the front of the item. If it does not you will be asked to re-hang your items. All clothing should be hung on plastic hangers, we request no wire hangers.
